Building the dream of an environmentally friendly home
Sharni and Graeme Moore have no house building experience but plenty of drive and a passion to live off the land, but do to in a bit of style.
“We bought this land in August 2007 with a dream to move out here and live a sustainable and environmentally friendly life,” says Sharni who is currently documenting the trials and tribulations of an owner builder on Facebook.
“I designed the home years ago and along the way made many changes to suit our changing lifestyle.”
Northside Roofing has come back out today to start the wall cladding. They have put the trim around the windows, doors and bottom of wall.
